About SABBA
The SABBA Mission
The mission of the San Antonio Bed & Breakfast Association
is, first and foremost, to ensure every guest in every one of our member B&Bs
and Inns has the best experience possible. To this end, the Association sets
standards that all its members must meet- standards that go beyond those set by
the City of San Antonio for all lodging establishments. The
SABBA Board and the membership meet frequently to discuss all manner of
policies and procedures that are directed towards the improvement of the guest
experience.
The SABBA Pledge
When you stay with one of SABBA's members, you can
rest assured you are benefiting from the experience and the ideas of the entire
membership - not just of one host or innkeeper. We want you, the guest, to rely
on the
SABBA logo, and know that when you see it on a member
Web site or find it posted at a member property that the inn or B&B owner cares
enough about the enjoyment of your stay that the innkeeper takes the time to
participate in SABBA
activities and learn from the experience of fellow hosts.
Bouquets and Brickbats
As part of this improvement process, we at SABBA
welcome your comments and questions. If any aspect of your stay with one
of our members was unsatisfactory, we would like to know about it. And if you
would like to send a bouquet and compliment a particular host, that's great.
Send brickbats (dissatisfactions) to President Ron Stinson at 210-472-2005 or
Arborhaus@aol.com .
